A man reported that his daughter’s horses had been stolen.

A woman reported that a person in a vehicle tried to chase her vehicle, and might have also approached her at work.

Feb. 16

A woman reported that her brother heard noises outside his window and when he went to check it out, somebody stole his phone out of his hand and ran.

A business reported a male transient harassing people on the premises.

Feb. 15

Ernesto Ornelas, 26, of Quincy, was arrested and booked on an outstanding Douglas County Superior Court warrant for second-degree possession of stolen property-access device and third-degree theft.

Jennica Sam, 22, of Moses Lake, was arrested and booked for second-degree burglary and first-degree criminal trespassing.

Antonio Martinez, 27, was booked on a Department of Corrections secretary's warrant.

Juan Barajas, 25, of Connell, was booked on outstanding Grant County District Court warrants for third-degree driving with a suspended or revoked license.

Armando Rubio, 30, was booked on a DOC secretary's warrant.

Lucio Lemos, 28, of Moses Lake, was booked for third-degree driving with a suspended or revoked license, violation of an ignition interlock device and obstructing a law enforcement officer.

Ken Taylor, of Soap Lake, was booked on a DOC order for arrest and detention for third-degree rape of a child.

Kennedy Morales, 27, was booked on a DOC arrest and detention order.

Timothy Pate, 36, of Coulee Dam, was arrested and booked on an outstanding Douglas County District Court warrant for third-degree driving with a suspended or revoked license.

Bulmaro Hernandez, 24, of Othello, was arrested and booked on a DOC secretary's warrant for residential burglary.

Feb. 16

Jessica McKinney, 34, of Moses Lake, was arrested and booked on an outstanding Benton County District Court warrant for fourth-degree assault.

Preston Sauber, 22, of Moses Lake, was arrested and booked for fourth-degree assault and an outstanding GCDC warrant for third-degree driving with a suspended or revoked license.

Dyllon Suazo, 20, of Moses Lake, was arrested and booked for third-degree assault, second-degree trespassing and resisting arrest.
