Moses Lake Police Department
Feb. 14
An unknown vehicle drove into a fence at a business in the 800 block of South Pioneer Way.
Report of several males assaulting another male in the 1800 block of East Kittleson Road. The victim said he didn't know the suspects and did not want to pursue charges.
Report of a cellphone stolen out of a vehicle in the 1400 block of East Yonezawa Boulevard.
Knolls Vista Elementary reported a child was missing from the school. The child was found at a family member's residence on South Ashley Way.
Police contacted two males who were aggressively panhandling and refusing to leave a location in the 1200 block of South Pioneer Way. The suspects advised they would leave the area.
Police contacted a group of people who were drinking in the 1100 block of West Cascade Avenue. The subjects were told to keep their volume down and to not drive home.
A man with a Department of Corrections warrant out for his arrest was located in the area of West Third Avenue and South Division Street and taken into custody.
Police were made aware of small pieces of concrete in the road on West Broadway Avenue. The pieces were removed from the road.

A man reported his bank card stolen.

A woman reported that someone tried to steal fuel from her tanks.
A woman reported issues with her ex trespassing at her residence.
Mail was reported stolen.
A pit bull was reported in the parking lot of Larson Heights Elementary School.
A woman reported that someone drilled out the locks on the door to her house and left the drill on the porch.
A male reported that he was drugged and sexually assaulted.
A woman reported that her ex hacked into her email and changed her cell phone information.
A woman reported receiving two fraudulent phone calls purporting to be from the IRS.
A woman reported that her ex came in while she was gone and took items from her residence.
Grant County Jail
Feb. 13
Shauna Vanzandt, 49, of Grand Coulee, was arrested booked for third-degree driving with a suspended or revoked license, obstructing a law enforcement officer, making a false statement to a public servant and an outstanding Grant County Superior Court warrant for second-degree burglary and third-degree theft.
Feb. 14
Michael Allen, 19, was booked on an outstanding Grant County District Court warrant for third-degree driving with a suspended or revoked license.
George Mata, 29, of Moses Lake, was arrested and booked on a Department of Corrections warrant for possession of a controlled substance.
Damian Sarabia, 30, of Mattawa, was booked on an outstanding GCDC warrant for DUI.
Feb. 15
Rafael Acosta, 26, of Mattawa, was arrested and booked on an outstanding DOC secretary's warrant for third-degree assault.
