B schools sending small contingent to state tournament

TACOMA — Lind-Ritzville/Sprague and Almira/Coulee-Hartline are sending a combined three wrestlers to the Class 1B/2B state tournament.
The Broncos qualified 113-pounder Tristan Regan and 220-pounder Aarron Phelps. Regan and Phelps both placed fourth at the Region 3 tournament in Reardan.
The Warriors’ lone qualifier was 138-pounder Wyatt Zielinski. Zielinski reached the state tournament last year at 120 pounds.
Tonasket enters the state tournament as a heavy favorite.
