Feb. 7
Report of graffiti spray painted onto mailboxes and a utility box in the area of East Ninth Avenue and South Division Street.
A man was caught stealing about $17 worth of merchandise from Lep-Re-Kon Harvest Foods. The man was trespassed from the business.
A cyclist was struck by a vehicle in the 200 block of East Broadway Avenue. The cyclist was treated at the hospital for a minor laceration.
Report of several students at Larson Heights Elementary assaulting another student. The parents of the involved children were contacted.
Report of graffiti on a wall in the 1100 block of South Baker Street.
Report of a cooler stolen out of the back of a pickup truck in the 200 block of North Elder Street.
Report of an unknown person stealing a nail gun from Lowe's Home Improvement.
A woman reported her son did not come home from school. Officers contacted the woman, but she said she was able to track her son via Facebook.
Grant County Jail
Feb. 6
Jose Mendoza, 21, of Ephrata, was arrested and booked on an outstanding Grant County District Court warrant for third-degree driving with a suspended or revoked license.
Feb. 7
Monica Longoria, 23, was arrested and booked on an outstanding Umatilla County warrant for first-degree criminal mischief, second-degree criminal mischief, unlawful entry into a motor vehicle and possession of methamphetamine.
Toby Truitt, 39, of Soap Lake, was booked on an outstanding GCDC warrant for third-degree driving with a suspended or revoked license.
Dale Terletter, 44, of Soap Lake, was booked on an outstanding Grant County Superior Court warrant for failure to pay child support and three outstanding GCDC warrants for third-degree driving with a suspended or revoked license.
