Feb. 5
Report of vandalism and theft at a business at 900 E. Broadway Ave. Reporting party said unknown suspects cut the gas line on a vehicle parked at the location and stole the gas. Estimated damage to the truck was about $200; estimated value of the gas stolen was about $50.
Report of theft from a business at 915 West Third Ave. Reporting party said suspect stole pieces from a commercial car vacuum. Reporting party said it was the third time it had happened this year, with each incident costing about $25 in lost equipment. Suspect in latest incident is a white male, driving a PT Cruiser.
Report of two-vehicle, non-injury accident at the intersection of South Pioneer Way and South Clover Drive. Driver of vehicle 1 said he took his eyes off the road and ran into the back of a utility trailer pulled by vehicle 2, stopped at the light.
Report of theft at a business at 400 E. Broadway Ave. Reporting party said thieves had broken into the yard on two consecutive nights, stealing merchandise from the business.

A 28-year-old man was arrested for fourth-degree assault (domestic violence) and third-degree theft (domestic violence).
Report of two-vehicle, non-injury accident at the intersection of South Pioneer Way and East Nelson Road. Driver of vehicle 1 was turning right from Nelson and pulled out in front of vehicle 2.
A 24-year-old man was arrested for violating a no-contact order. An off-duty police officer recognized the man, who was with the petitioner of the no-contact order at a local business.
A 26-year-old man was arrested for two counts of possession of controlled substances, third-degree theft and outstanding Grant County warrants.

A man reported a piece of concrete fell off of the back of a truck and caused damage to his windshield.
Report of 14 batteries stolen from a business in the 400 block of East Broadway Avenue.
Report of a male entering a business in the 500 block of West Broadway Avenue and attempting to obtain employment with fake identification. The male left before police arrived.
Report of a possible wanted subject in the 200 block of East Ninth Avenue. Police could not locate the subject.
Rite Aid advised an unknown male concealed merchandise in their store and left the business in a vehicle.
A Moses Lake High School student was cited for possession of marijuana.
Report of a shirtless male inside of a public restroom on South Ash Street. The male advised he is homeless and was changing his clothes in the restroom.
Report of a bicycle stolen from in front of a business in the 700 block of South Pioneer Way.
Report of an unknown female stealing numerous items from Ross and fleeing the scene.
A woman reported a package was stolen from her front porch in the 1500 block of South Lakeway Drive.

A man reported an ongoing problem with his neighbor’s dog coming on his property and barking at him.

A man reported that his vehicle had been prowled.
A goat was reported running at large.
A woman reported someone dumping sewage water from a motor home into her driveway.
A man reported being harassed by a person running around outside his apartment.
A female caller reported that she had been raped.
An ID card was reported lost.

Joseph Koziol, no age listed, Moses Lake, was booked on an outstanding WDOC warrant for probation violations, outstanding GCDC warrants for violation of a trip permit and third-degree driving with a suspended license, an outstanding Adams County warrant for second-degree criminal trespassing and outstanding Benton County warrants for possession of methamphetamines and manufacturing methamphetamines.
Sean Whisenhunt, no age listed, Moses Lake, was booked on an outstanding warrant for fourth-degree assault with sexual motivation.
Wilmer Santiago Guerrero, no age listed, Royal City, was booked for first-degree assault (domestic violence), second-degree assault (domestic violence), outstanding GCDC warrants for third-degree theft, obstructing law enforcement and resisting arrest, and an outstanding WDOC warrant for probation violation.
Isaac Ferguson, no age listed, Moses Lake, was booked on an outstanding GCDC warrant for fourth-degree assault (domestic violence).

Nicholas Boyd, 28, Othello, was booked on an outstanding Washington Department of Corrections warrant for escape from community custody.
Steven Smallwood, 28, Moses Lake, was booked for fourth-degree assault (domestic violence) and third-degree theft (domestic violence).
Samantha Adams, 27, Moses Lake, was booked on an outstanding WDOC warrant for probation violation.
Wade Phillips, 49, Spokane, was booked on outstanding Spokane County warrants for three counts of first-degree driving with a suspended license.
Norma Rojas Mejia, 55, no address listed, was booked on a Grant County District Court commitment order for DUI.
Gabriel Watley, 27, Moses Lake, was booked on an outstanding GCDC warrant for DUI and an outstanding WDOC warrant for possession of controlled substances.
