NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BEFORE THE ADAMS COUNTY BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN by the Adams County Board of Adjustment that a public hearing will be held on February 9, 2018 at 2:00 p.m. in the Adams County courtroom, 425 E. Main Ste.400, Othello, WA 99344. The purpose of the public hearing is to receive and consider verbal and written testimony regarding a Conditional Use Permit for the development of a 20-megawatt solar generating facility on 274-acres site just north of the town of Lind, located within Township 17, Range 33 E, Section 1 and Section 12, bearing Assessor parcel number 2733120200001 and legally described in a Segregation Deed recorded in Auditor's File Number 317212. NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that a topic of discussion at the hearing may be any environmental documents that have been prepared in conjunction with the proposed conditional use application. A Determination of Mitigated Nonsignificance will be issued on February 1, 2018 by the Adams County Building and Planning Department SEPA official with a comment and appeal period ending March 2, 2018.
