Officers took photos of graffiti on a restroom building in the Knolls Vista neighborhood.

A stolen water truck was located in the 400 block of East Brown Avenue.

Report of a vehicle tagged with graffiti in the 1200 block of South Alderwood Drive.

An unknown subject threw a rock through a window at a church in the 400 block of East Brown Avenue.

A woman reported an unknown male subject approached her in the 500 block of East Sharon Avenue and asked her if she wanted a ride.

Report of a verbal argument between a male and a female in the 900 block of South Division Street. The subjects were contacted and the male said he would leave the area.

A man was arrested after attempting to steal merchandise from WinCo Foods.

Report of a male attempting to steal alcohol and food products from Safeway. The items were recovered, but the suspect left the store in a dark blue Dodge Caravan.

Alonso Hernandez, 27, was booked on a 90-day Grant County District Court commitment for fourth-degree assault.

Steven Harris, 34, of Quincy, was booked on an outstanding GCDC warrant for third-degree theft.

Allan Higgs, 56, of Spokane, was booked on an outstanding GCDC warrant for DUI.

Desiree Bowen, 36, was booked on an outstanding GCDC warrant for third-degree driving with a suspended or revoked license.

Justin Reynolds, 29, of Moses Lake, was booked on an outstanding Grant County Superior Court warrant for DUI.

Ranae Evans, 55, of Grandview, was booked on an outstanding GCDC warrant for third-degree driving with a suspended or revoked license.

Alison Sedlacek, 31, of Moses Lake, was booked on a GCDC commitment for third-degree driving with a suspended or revoked license.

Daniel Martinez, 31, of Warden, was booked on outstanding GCDC warrants for third-degree driving with a suspended or revoked license and criminal solicitation.
