Request for Statement of Qualifications (RSQ) The City of Warden (Pursuant to RCW39.80.030) is inviting statements of qualifications and performance information from firms interested in providing professional engineering and land surveying services in conjunction with City sponsored projects. The City projects for which engineering service is sought may include but are not limited to: Water and Well improvement projects, Municipal Wastewater Projects and Collection System Improvement, General Street Improvements, and TIB Small City Account Street Projects. Also contemplated is the associated planning, design, and site plan preparation for various park and recreational activities. The City may also require general engineering services in connection with the ongoing operations of the city. Qualifications and performance statements will be reviewed, placed on file and will be used as the source from which to select one or more qualified firms from whom a detailed proposal will be requested for any specific project.
