City of Moses Lake Notice of Application and Public Hearing Pure Country Harvest, LLC at 2721 West Peninsula Drive has requested to build on to their existing non-conforming use in the R3, High Density Residential Zoning District. The request is for a new cooler that will be 401 SF for the purpose of staging and loading/unloading trucks and will include improvements to the existing loading dock and retaining walls. The other cooler is 1600 SF to expanding the current storage. Written comments on this project proposal from public agencies with jurisdiction will be accepted until 5:00 p.m. on December 24, 2018. Comments on other aspects of this proposal from the general public will be accepted up to the date of the public hearing which will be before the Planning Commission on Thursday January 10, 2018 during their regular meeting starting at 7:00pm. NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS Sealed bids, plainly marked "BID FOR 2019 Crushing and Stockpiling", will be received by Grant County at the Office of the Board of County Commissioners located in the County Courthouse, P.O.
