Dec. 16

Report of theft from a business at 1005 N. Stratford Rd. Male suspect ran away and was observed by law enforcement officers running into the creek at Parker Horn. Officers found him at a camp near the creek, and he was detained.

Dec. 17

Report of hit and run accident at a residence in the 300 block of North Grape Drive. Two vehicles at the residence sustained rear-end damage. Reporting party said she heard the collision and went outside; a vehicle was backing out of the driveway, then fled the scene. Vehicle was described as a gray Ford F-150 pickup with a step side bed.

Report of two-vehicle, non-injury accident. Driver of vehicle 1 swerved to avoid vehicle 2 due to the heavy fog, and ran off the road.

A woman, no age listed, was arrested on an outstanding felony warrant.

Report of vandalism at a residence in the 800 block of South Grand Drive. Unknown suspect slashed victim’s truck tire sometime over last two days.

A man, no age listed, was arrested for third-degree assault (domestic violence) after he allegedly bit the victim and pulled out clumps of her hair.

Report of two-vehicle, hit and run accident at West Valley Road and Northeast Airway Drive. Suspect was located, and charges are pending.

A woman, no age listed, was cited for theft after she allegedly concealed items in her bag and left a business at 960 North Stratford Rd.

Report of vandalism at a residence in the 800 block of South Grand Drive. Unknown suspect threw rocks at the residence.

Report of theft from a business at 601 S. Pioneer Way. Unidentified male suspect allegedly distracted staff with questions while unidentified female suspect allegedly stole items. Estimated value, $37.

Report of vandalism at a residence in the 2200 block of West Broadway Ave. Reporting party said unknown suspect slashed his bike tires.

Dec. 14

Emily Allen, 22, Moses Lake, was booked into the Grant County Jail for fourth-degree assault (domestic violence) and third-degree malicious mischief (domestic violence).

James Boudrieau, 51, no address listed, was booked for third-degree driving with a suspended license, and an outstanding Stevens County warrant for third-degree driving with a suspended license.

Justin Conklin, 36, Puyallup, was arrested on outstanding Grant County District Court warrants for DUI and two counts of third-degree driving with a suspended license.

Alberto Ramirez, 27, Othello, was booked on outstanding GCDC warrants for third-degree theft and third-degree driving with a suspended license.

Desmond Diaz, 18, Moses Lake, was booked on an outstanding Grant County Superior Court warrant for second-degree theft.

Andre Moore, 29, Moses Lake, was booked on an outstanding GCDC warrant for second-degree criminal trespassing.

Meghann Ducken, 31, Moses Lake, was booked for fourth-degree assault (domestic violence) and third-degree malicious mischief (domestic violence).

Wesley Perry, 55, Grand Coulee, was booked on an outstanding GCDC warrant for driving without a valid driver’s license or other identification.

Derek Hernandez, 32, Quincy, was booked on an outstanding GCDC warrant for third-degree driving with a suspended license.

Roy Serrato, 31, Moses Lake, was booked for fourth-degree assault (domestic violence) and third-degree malicious mischief (domestic violence).

Rodney Ezell, 30, Quincy, was booked for second-degree burglary, second-degree malicious mischief, making and having burglary tools and two counts of second-degree vehicle prowling.

Saul Guevara Urbina, 31, Ephrata, was booked for DUI.

Cody Miller, 26, Ephrata, was booked on an outstanding GCDC warrant for two counts of violation of a no-contact order and an outstanding Chelan County warrant for fourth-degree assault (domestic violence).

Andrew Firesong, 40, Ephrata, was booked into the Grant County Jail on an outstanding Grant County Superior Court warrant for first-degree vehicle prowl and second-degree malicious mischief.

Salvador Ramos Barriga, 38, Moses Lake, was booked on an outstanding GCSC warrant for possession of a controlled substance.

Jamie Varney, 33, Lewiston, was booked on an outstanding GCSC warrant for possession of a controlled substance.

Robert Ezell, 36, Othello, was booked on an outstanding Washington Department of Corrections detention order.

Titus Ralpho, 20, Spokane, was booked on an outstanding GCSC warrant for second-degree malicious mischief.

Desmond Diaz, 18, Moses Lake, was booked for third-degree assault (domestic violence).

Deanna Castro, 22, Soap Lake, was booked for possession of methamphetamine and possess of drug paraphernalia, and outstanding Grant County District Court warrants for resisting arrest and third-degree driving with a suspended license.

Jose Avalos, 42, Ephrata, was booked on outstanding GCSC warrants for two counts of possession of a controlled substance and an outstanding Okanogan County warrant for third-degree driving with a suspended license.

Taylor Crotteau, 19, Portland, was booked on an outstanding GCSC warrant for possession of a controlled substance.
