Police brutality

Officers shouldn’t use their power to create fear in everyday people. Police are misusing this privilege and as a result, citizens are retaliating against their town’s brutal police force. Police officers can use nerve gas, batons, pepper spray, and guns in order to physically intimidate or even intentionally hurt civilians. Police brutality can also take the form of false arrests, verbal abuse, sexual abuse, racial profiling, and the improper use of Tasers.

We need to stand up as a community and fight against anyone who believes that murder or any violent action by those who are sworn to protect us should consistently go unpunished.

Police officers take an oath to serve and protect every citizen no matter the person’s ethnicity or beliefs before giving the officer authority to arrest and detain. They should not take advantage of their authority.
