Dec. 7

Report of theft at a residence in the 1300 block of North Buell Drive. Victim said wheel caps were stolen from a vehicle.

Report of theft at Endeavor Middle School, 6527 NE Patton Blvd. Teacher took phone away from student and left it on the desk; the next day the phone was gone.

Report of theft from a business at 1020 N. Stratford Rd. A man, no age given, was arrested for theft.

Report of theft from a business at 1005 N. Stratford Rd. A 51-year-old woman was arrested for second-degree burglary and third-degree theft.

Report of one-vehicle, non-injury accident at a business at 1735 E. Kittleson Rd. Driver of vehicle 1 said her attention was diverted when she spilled a soft drink in her vehicle. She ran over the curb and struck the sign at a business.

Report of obstruction in the drive-through of a business on East Yonezawa Boulevard. Subject said he had health-related sleep issues and had been in line so long he fell asleep.

Report of theft at a business at 930 N. Stratford Rd. Reporting party said the vehicle was prowled, and consumer electronics were stolen. No estimate of value.

Report of vandalism in the parking lot of a business at 630 N. Stratford Rd. Reporting party said unknown suspect broke a window in her vehicle. Suspect is described as a white male, bald, seen wearing a gray sweater.

Report of vehicle prowl at a business at 930 N. Stratford Rd. Owners of two vehicles said windows were broken out in each car. Personal belongings were stolen from each car.

A 27-year-old woman was arrested for first-degree criminal trespassing.

Dec. 8

Report of two-vehicle, hit and run accident in a parking lot at a business at 101 E. Fourth Ave. Unknown vehicle hit vehicle 2 and left the scene.

Report of two-vehicle, non-injury accident in the parking lot of a business on East Yonezawa Boulevard. Moses Lake police officer backed up and ran into a parked car. No damage to the police car and minor damage to other vehicle.

Report of vandalism in the 1900 block of West Marina Drive. Reporting party said unknown suspects broke into a home he was renovating, tore down walls and caused other damage.

Report of theft at a business at 1005 N. Stratford Rd. Suspect, no age listed, was cited for third-degree theft.

Report of two-vehicle, non-injury accident in the parking lot of a business at 826 North Stratford Rd. Driver of vehicle 1 pulled out of the parking lot and ran into vehicle 2. Driver of vehicle 1 was cited for failing to yield the right of way.

Report of one-vehicle, non-injury accident at 1810 E. Kittleson Rd. Driver of vehicle 1 lost control and hit a cement barrier.

Officers attempted to stop a car driving without lights in the 900 block of North Stratford Road. Suspect drove through a drive-through, over the sidewalk and through traffic lights and stop signs to flee the scene. Suspect was identified; the case is under investigation.

A man, no age listed, was arrested for possession of heroin and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Report of theft at a business at 1807 E. Kittleson Rd. Unknown suspect prowled cars of employees, stealing tools, consumer electronics and personal items.

Report of theft in the parking lot of a business at 1590 E. Yonezawa Blvd. Car window was smashed and personal items stolen.

Report of theft from the parking lot of a church at 516 E. Nelson Rd. Unknown suspect broke the car’s back window and stole personal items.

Report of stolen vehicle. The car, a white 1998 Ford Ranger, was stolen from the parking lot of a business at 110 East Broadway Ave.

Report of theft from Blue Heron Park, 111 N. Westshore Dr. Unknown suspect broke out a window and took personal items.

Report of theft from a storage unit on West Broadway Avenue. Thieves stole camping and sports equipment, kitchen equipment and clothing.

Report of theft from a business at 1005 N. Stratford Rd. Unidentified suspects, one male and one female, allegedly ran from the business with merchandise the didn’t pay for. Case is still under investigation.

A man, no age listed, was arrested for burglary.

A man reported an 18-year-old subject starting physical fights.

A man reported that his car had been spray-painted.

A woman reported that her neighbor had stolen her wallet.

A battery was reported stolen.

A woman reported that her son broke into her motor home.

A family reported returning home and finding their Christmas lights stolen.

A man reported that his ex-girlfriend wouldn’t let him leave the house.

A woman reported juveniles drinking and urinating on her lawn.

Melissa Boyd, 51, Moses Lake, was booked into the Grant County Jail for second-degree burglary and third-degree theft.

Markus Kilbury, 28, Soap Lake, was booked on a violation of a no-contact order.

Amber Mitchell, 27, Moses Lake, was booked for first-degree criminal trespassing.

Larry Bronson, 38, Moses Lake, was booked on an outstanding Washington Department of Corrections warrant and an outstanding Grant County District Court warrant for third-degree driving with a suspended license.

Troy Olcott, 51, Moses Lake, was booked for reckless driving.

Dec. 8

Aric Ames, 31, Moses Lake, was booked for fourth-degree assault (domestic violence).

Chase Eddy, 24, Ephrata, was booked for attempting to elude law enforcement and reckless driving.

Dec. 9

Sabas Castellano Vargas, 41, Mattawa, was booked for DUI.

Phoenix Johnson, 29, Moses Lake, was booked for first-degree residential burglary, eight counts of theft of a firearm, residential burglary and third-degree malicious mischief.

Nicholas Svelnys, 39, Moses Lake, was booked for third-degree malicious mischief (domestic violence).

Christopher Peterson, 33, Spokane, was booked for DUI and second-degree driving with a suspended license.

Raul Sanchez Velazquez, 37, Moses Lake, was booked for possession of methamphetamines and first-degree driving with a suspended license.

Timothy Moinette, 50, Moses Lake, was booked for second-degree malicious mischief (domestic violence).

Brandi Larsen, 27, Moses Lake, was booked on outstanding GCDC warrants for two counts of third-degree theft.

Rosamaria Montano, 21, Royal City, was booked on an outstanding WDOC warrant.
