City of Moses Lake Notice of Application and Public Hearing GGD Oakdale LLC submitted an application for a Shoreline Substantial Development Permit on November 19, 2018. The application was determined to be substantially complete and ready for review on November 28, 2018. The project location is 304 E. Broadway Avenue.
