MOSES LAKE — The crowd at Business After Hours filled a Ford Explorer with toys Tuesday night, part of the effort by employees at Bud Clary Ford to ensure every child locally has a present for Christmas.

“They keep adding more toys,” said Chamber manager Debbie Doran-Martinez. People attending the Chamber's monthly gathering were asked to donate toys, at the request of Bud Clary Ford-Honda general manager Pat Custer.

The dealership's employees will be accepting unwrapped toys through Dec. 23, Custer said. “We'll take a tally,” Custer said, and donate the toys to local charitable organizations doing toy distribution.

“I don't believe that any child should go without a present at Christmas,” Custer said.

The employees will be accepting donations of unwrapped toys, and people who want to donate can contact the dealership, 509-765-4551 or 1140 S. Pioneer Way. Organizations that are conducting toy distributions also can contact Custer at the dealership.
