Dec. 3

Report of theft at a residence in the 900 block of North Grape Drive. Reporting party said a package was left at his house but was not there when he got home. Estimated value, $1,000.

Report of suspicious circumstances at a residence in the 200 block of North Tamer Lane. Reporting party said an unknown vehicle backed into his open garage and an unidentified man got out of the car and opened the trunk; when he saw the reporting party he shut the trunk, got in the car and drove away at a high rate of speed.

Report of fraud at a business at 1005 North Stratford Rd. Reporting party said suspect wrote checks on a personal business account. Case is still under investigation.

Report of theft from a residence in the 300 block of West Nelson Road. Reporting party said mail was stolen sometime in the last few days.

A subject, no age listed, was arrested for second-degree burglary after allegedly not ringing items and under-ringing other merchandise at a business at 1005 North Stratford Rd.

Report of a two-vehicle, non-injury accident at the intersection of East Hill Avenue and South Juniper Drive. Driver of vehicle 1 drove across the intersection and was hit by vehicle 2. Driver of vehicle 1 was cited for failing to yield the right of way.

Report of one-vehicle, non-injury accident in the 4000 block of Northeast Longview Street. Driver of vehicle 1 lost control and ran into a communications junction box.

A 39-year-old man and a 46-year-old man were arrested on outstanding felony warrants.

A 55-year-old man was arrested for third-degree driving with a suspended license. His car was impounded for 30 days due to previous DWLS convictions.

Julian Santana Medina, 20, Moses Lake, was booked for fourth-degree assault (domestic violence) and outstanding GCDC warrants for third-degree malicious mischief (domestic violence) and third-degree driving with a suspended license.

Clark Gilbert, 52, Moses Lake, was booked on an outstanding Grays Harbor County warrant for first-degree theft.

Rodolfo Castellanos, 56, Toppenish, was booked for DUI.

Damien Powell, 39, Moses Lake, was booked on an outstanding GCDC warrant for third-degree driving with a suspended license.

Amanda Robertson, 32, Connell, was booked on an outstanding WDOC warrant for possession of controlled substances and second-degree burglary, and an outstanding GCDC warrant for third-degree driving with a suspended license.

Brian Cuevas, 44, Ephrata, was booked on an outstanding GCDC warrant for third-degree driving with a suspended license.

Carlos Santacruz, 31, Moses Lake, was booked into the Grant County Jail on an outstanding Washington Department of Corrections order.

Jessie Rodriguez, 29, Moses Lake, was booked for second-degree burglary.

Michael Herrera, 35, Moses Lake, was booked on an outstanding WDOC warrant for possession of a controlled substance and third-degree assault.

Bryan Burke, 39, Moses Lake, was booked on an outstanding Grant County Superior Court warrant for possession of heroin.

Philip Kuroda, 26, Portland, was booked on an outstanding GCSC warrant for possession of a controlled substance.

Nike Salas, 22, Quincy, was booked on an outstanding GCSC warrant for second-degree unlawful possession of a firearm.

William Showers, 48, Moses Lake, was booked on an outstanding WDOC warrant.

Jennifer Hodgkinson, 35, Moses Lake, was booked on an outstanding GCSC warrant for possession of a stolen vehicle, possession of a controlled substance and second-degree trafficking in stolen property, and outstanding GCDC warrants for third-degree theft and two counts of third-degree driving with a suspended license.

Dec. 4

Robert Boyce, 60, Omak, was booked on an outstanding GCDC warrant for making false statements to law enforcement.

Lennie Johnson, 57, Keller, was booked on an outstanding GCDC warrant for first-degree negligent driving.

Robert McCoy, 29, Tacoma, was booked on an outstanding GCDC warrant for second-degree driving with a suspended license.

Jerry Fairbanks, 55, Richland, was booked for third-degree driving with a suspended license.
