VILLA, individually, and d/b/a VILLA MOBILE SET-UP, and LUIS VILLA, individually, and JUAN CARLOS RAMIREZ, individually: You are hereby summoned to appear within sixty days after the date of the first publication of this summons, to wit, within sixty days after the 10th day of August 2018, and defend the above entitled action in the above entitle court, and answer the complaint of the plaintiff Maria Sanchez, and serve a copy of your answer upon the undersigned attorneys for plaintiff Maria Sanchez, at their office below stated; and in case of your failure so to do, judgment will be rendered against you according to the demand of the complaint, which has been filed with the clerk of said court. Plaintiff Sanchez paid Defendants for the purchase, delivery and set-up of a "mobile home." Defendants misrepresented the "mobile home" as suitable for use as a home to Sanchez. Sanchez confronted Defendants about the nature and condition of the mobile home, and presented facts that it was not the home represented to her. Defendants refuse to return money to Sanchez that she paid them. This Summons is issued pursuant to Rule 4.28.110 of the Superior Court Civil Rules of the State of Washington.
