Aug. 27

Report of 30 cows loose in the 10900 block of Farmers Drive Northeast. The cows were corralled back into a fenced area and their owner was contacted.

Report of gang symbols spray painted on property in the area of West Gary Street and North Daniel Street.

A driver was arrested for DUI following a non-injury two vehicle collision in the 200 block of East Broadway Avenue.

Police contacted a male and female who were sleeping on the side of a building in the 800 block of North Stratford Road. The subjects were permanently trespassed from the property.

Report of a purse stolen out of a vehicle in the 900 block of Northwest Sunburst Court.

Report of an unknown subject stealing soda from Safeway and fleeing the area in a van.

Report of an erratically driven pickup truck on state Route 17. Police could not locate the truck.

Subjects in a vehicle with loud exhaust egged a residence in the 1500 block of West Fern Drive.

Aug. 28

Report of numerous items stolen out of a vehicle in the 1300 block of East Megan Drive.

A woman reported her vehicle was egged overnight in the 1000 block of West Columbia Avenue.

Report of items stolen out of a vehicle in the 1400 block of South Sunset Drive.

A male became angry at the Moses Lake Post Office and made a comment about blowing the place up. Police could not locate the male in the area.

Report of an unrestrained toddler in a vehicle in the 200 block of East Broadway Avenue.

A man reported a pair of glasses and binoculars were stolen out of his vehicle in the 2200 block of West Broadway Avenue.

A woman reported a person stole a package from her residence in the 100 block of East Inglewood Drive and fled the area in an SUV.

Report of a subject panhandling and drinking a beer in front of a business in the 400 block of South Wanapum Drive.

Grant County Jail

Aug. 28

Jaime Jones, 50, of Soap Lake, was booked on an outstanding Grant County District court warrant for DUI.

Jesus Gomez, 54, of Moses Lake, was booked on outstanding Grant County Superior Court warrants for failure to comply with community custody and failure to register as a sex offender and a Department of Corrections secretary’s warrant.

Konstantin Sells, 27, of Quincy, was arrested and booked on outstanding GCDC warrants for fourth-degree assault and third-degree theft and an outstanding GCSC warrant for residential burglary.

John Bowers, 23, of Harrington, was booked on an outstanding GCDC warrant for third-degree driving with a suspended license, operating a vehicle without an ignition interlock system and first-degree negligent driving.

Robert Havens, 42, of Wenatchee, was booked on an outstanding GCDC warrant for DUI.

Jamie Burkhart, 40, of Cheney, was booked on an outstanding GCDC warrant for third-degree driving with a suspended license.

Terry Flemens, 59, of Ephrata, was booked on a DOC arrest and detention order.

Daniel Lopez, 22, of Mattawa, was arrested and booked for attempting to elude.

Gary French, 55, of Electric City, was booked on an outstanding GCDC warrant for fourth-degree assault.

Aug. 29

Denae Suhr, 32, of Moses Lake, was booked for second-degree malicious mischief, fourth-degree assault and two outstanding GCDC warrants for third-degree driving with a suspended license.
