A truck backing out of an apartment parking space hit a 2-year-old girl at the 1600 block of Rd. 24 SW. Medics were called and the girl was found to have only minor scrapes and bruising, and was not taken to the hospital by local agencies. Authorities called the incident accidental and declined to press charges.
Aug. 16
Report of two stolen animals, one brindle male pit bull and one black-and-white female pit bull. One of the animals has been stolen before but was recovered; both are I.D. chipped.
