Plaintiff Sanchez paid Defendants for the purchase, delivery and set-up of a "mobile home." Defendants misrepresented the "mobile home" as suitable for use as a home to Sanchez. Sanchez confronted Defendants about the nature and condition of the mobile home, and presented facts that it was not the home represented to her. Defendants refuse to return money to Sanchez that she paid them. This Summons is issued pursuant to Rule 4.28.110 of the Superior Court Civil Rules of the State of Washington.
