Notice of Application August 6, 2018 Notice is hereby given that a Short Subdivision application was received by Grant County on July 19, 2018 from A-Action Group / Bennett Potter (Designated Contact: Knudsen Land Survey, LLC (Chad Lampe), 130 1st Ave. NW, PO Box 505, Ephrata, WA 98823) was found to be technically complete on August 1, 2018. PROJECT: A Short Subdivision of one parcel that is approximately 94.62 acres in size to create four (4) lots in the Rural Remote (RRem) zoning district. Lot 1 will contain 24.86 acres more or less. Lot 2 will be 25.19 acres more or less. Lot 3 will have 20.00 acres more or less. Lot 4 has an existing well and will contain 20.00 acres more or less. MOSES LAKE SCHOOL DISTRICT NO. 161 GRANT COUNTY, WASHINGTON NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to Resolution No. 2018-08, that the Board of Directors (the "Board") of Moses Lake School District No. 161, Grant County, Washington (the "District") will hold a public hearing on August 9, 2018, starting at 7:00 PM, or as soon thereafter as possible, in the Moses Lake High School Theater, 803 E Sharon Ave., Moses Lake, Washington. The purpose of the public hearing is to: (a) consider whether certain state or local circumstances should cause alterations to the specific expenditures from the proceeds of the District's general obligation bonds and State of Washington financing assistance originally authorized in Resolution No. 2016-10; and (b) receive public testimony. If the Board determines that alterations are in the best interests of the District, the Board may, at a future public meeting, adopt a new resolution or amend Resolution No. 2016-10 approving specific alterations. All residents of the District wishing to be heard should appear at the public hearing and present their views.
