SUMMARY PUBLICATION AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF OTHELLO AMENDING CHAPTER 2.10 TITLED "CITY ADMINISTRATOR" In accordance with RCW 35A.12.160, the following is a summary of Othello Ordinance No. 1515, passed by the Othello City Council and approved by Mayor Shawn Logan on the 23rd day of July 2018. SUMMARY This ordinance amends Othello Municipal Code Chapter 2.10 titled "City Administrator" where the Council by majority vote can vote that the Mayor perform all the duties of City Administrator. CITY OF OTHELLO PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council for the City of Othello will hold a public hearing to consider the following topics: 1. Ordinance Amending Othello Municipal Code Chapter 17.61 titled "Off-Street Parking"; 2. Ordinance Creating Othello Municipal Code Chapter 17.63 titled "Accessory Dwelling Units". The public hearing is scheduled for Monday, August 13th, 2018 shortly after 6:30 p.m. The public hearing will be held in the Othello Council Chambers located at 500 East Main Street, Othello, Washington. The City of Othello Council Chambers is handicap accessible and the City can reasonably accommodate any special needs requests. Please contact City Hall at 509-488-5686 at least 24-hours in advance of the meeting if reasonable accommodations are needed.
