STATE OF WASHINGTON DEPARTMENT OF ECOLOGY NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR CHANGE/TRANSFER OF WATER RIGHT UNDER TWO (2) GROUND WATER CERTIFICATES TAKE NOTICE: That Port of Moses Lake of Moses Lake, WA, has made application for change/transfer of water right in order to change points of withdrawal, add three points of withdrawal, and change the place of use as granted under Ground Water Certificate Nos. G3-01394(A) and G3-01518(A). That Ground Water Certificate No. G3-01394(A) authorizes the withdrawal of 495.7 gallons per minute, 319 acre-feet per year: 317 acre-feet for the irrigation of 57.64 acres and 2 acre-feet per year for continuous domestic supply. That Ground Water Certificate No. G3-01518(A) authorizes the withdrawal of 372 gallons per minute, 143.5 acre-feet per year, for the seasonal irrigation of 37.17 acres. That the authorized points of withdrawal under both rights are from two wells within the W1/2SW1/4 and the NE1/4SW1/4 of Sec. 8, T. 19 N., R. 29 E.W.M. That the authorized place of use is within a portion of the SW 1/4 of Section 8, T. 19 N., R. 29 E.W.M. A more detailed legal description can be obtained by contacting the Department of Ecology. For Certificate G3-01518(A) they propose to change the points of withdrawal to three wells within the NE1/4NE1/4, NW1/4NE1/4 and SW1/4NE1/4 all within Section 19, T. 20 N., R. 28 E.W.M. They propose to change the place of use of 37.17 acres to Section 19, T. 20 N., R. 28 E.W.M. For Certificate G3-01394(A) they propose to add three points of withdrawal within the NE1/4NE1/4, NW1/4NE1/4 and SW1/4NE1/4 all within Section 19, T. 20 N., R. 28 E.W.M. and retain the two existing points of withdrawal. They propose to change a portion of the place of use; 53.44 acres to Section 19, T. 20 N., R. 28 E.W.M. and retain 4.2 acres on a portion of the S1/2SW1/4SW1/4 of Section 8, T. 19 N., R. 29 E.W.M. All within Grant County, Washington.
