Local Moses Lake News
-Roberta Dick has returned home after visiting with her aunt and uncle, Mr. and Mrs. Frank T. Dick, in Tacoma, for the past five weeks.
-Mr. and Mrs. A.H. Dickens have been house guests of the latter’s sisters, Mr. J.D. Crocker and Mrs. F.E. Smith, both from Wenatchee.
-Mrs. Henry Ottmar of Wheeler is in the Ellensburg General Hospital recovering from a major operation performed last Saturday.
-Mr. and Mrs. Robert Siemon of Ellensburg were weekend guests of the latter’s parents, Mr. and Mrs. L.E. Rudberg, coming for the regatta.
-Mrs. C.M. McCosh and Mrs. Eric Peterson are visiting in Omak with the former’s parents, Mr. and Mrs. W.A. Talbert.
-C.S. Shepard of Grand Coulee and C.J. Wiley of Electric city were business callers in Moses Lake over the weekend. While here they dropped into the Herald office and subscribed for the paper.
-Mr. and Mrs. S.E. Larsen have been visiting in Spokane with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. A.D. Johnson. Barry Larsen, who has been visiting with her grandparents for the past month, returned home with them.
-Mr. and Mrs. J.C. White have as house guests his brothers, R.W. White from Issaquah, and E.O. White from Chicago. Enroute home E.O. White will spend some time in Yellowstone and Glacier National Parks.
-Walter Casebolt, District Manager of the Pacific Telephone and Telegraph Company, is in town this week in the interest of his company and assisting farmers with their problems of the rural telephone lines.
-Mrs. W.R. Holloway of Tacoma, has been visiting with his brother and sister-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. A.P. Guffin, enroute to the middlewest and east where she will visit relatives and friends.
