Notice of Application and Proposed DNS April 17, 2018 Notice is hereby given that Grant County has received a SEPA checklist from the Grant County Public Works (Designated Contact: Sam Dart, 124 Enterprise St, Ephrata, WA 98823) and determined the application to be technically complete on 4/10/18. Grant County expects to issue a Determination of Non-Significance for this proposal, and the Optional DNS Process in WAC 197-11-355 is being used. This proposal may include mitigation measures under applicable codes, and the project review process may incorporate or require mitigation measures regardless of whether an EIS is prepared. This may be the only opportunity to comment on the environmental impacts of the proposal and the proposed mitigation measures. A copy of the subsequent threshold determination may be obtained upon request. DESCRIPTION: The project proposes to amend the existing county ordinances (14-011-CC & 17-093-CC) to allow Wheeled All-Terrain Vehicles (WATVs) on/in existing County Road Rights of Ways within the Crescent Bar community in addition to Desert Aire and Sunland Estates. ADDITIONAL PERMITS: None. STUDIES REQUIRED: None. LOCATION: The community known as Crescent Bar. Located in portions of Sections 18 and 19, Township 20 North, Range 23 East, W.M., Grant County, WA. ZONING: Recreational Development & Master Planned Resort. PUBLIC HEARING: None.
