A 34-year-old man was arrested for possession of heroin and an outstanding Douglas County warrant.
Report of credit card fraud. Reporting party said he used his credit card the previous night at a business at 930 N. Stratford Road. Overnight he began getting charges from websites, from $1 to $500.
Stolen vehicle recovered in the 2000 block of South Leanne Drive. Three subjects were in the vehicle, and all were arrested for possession of stolen property. The car matches one seen on video of a vehicle prowl where a firearm was stolen. The case is still under investigation.
Report of fight between two students in the Moses Lake High School commons, 803 E. Sharon Ave.
Report of two-vehicle, non-injury accident at the intersection of West Columbia Avenue and South A Street. Driver of vehicle 1 failed to stop at the stop sign and ran into vehicle 2.

Report of two-vehicle accident at the intersection of Stratford Road and Northeast Highland Drive. Driver of vehicle 1 ran into the back of vehicle 2. Driver of vehicle 1 was arrested for DUI.
Report of attempted fraud. Reporting party said he received a voicemail threatening him with arrest if he didn’t pay a fine. Reporting party knew it was a scam.
Report of theft from a business at 618 E. Wheeler Rd. Reporting party said former employee used a business credit card to purchased about $865 in merchandise.
Report of theft from a business at 500 S. Pioneer Way. Unknown suspect stole a bottle of liquor, no estimated amount of loss.
Report of mail theft from a residence in the 1500 block of North Daniel Street.
Report of driver shooting at car at a residence in the 9700 block of Northeast Sunny Drive. Victims they said were parked in front of the residence when a dark-colored small passenger vehicle stopped in front of the victim’s residence. The driver got out and started shooting at the victim’s vehicle. The assailant’s car was last seen heading east on Sunny Drive towards Stratford Road.
Report of vandalism at a business at 520 W. Valley Road. Business was damaged by fire and is under repair; three juveniles allegedly entered the building and vandalized it with graffiti. Suspects ran from officers but were apprehended and arrested.
A man, no age listed, was arrested for fourth-degree assault (domestic violence) and third-degree malicious mischief (domestic violence) after an alleged family dispute in the 1000 block of South Dahlia Drive.
