Report of a firearm stolen out of an unlocked vehicle in the 1400 block of South James Avenue.
A woman reported receiving a fraudulent phone call from a New York number.
Report of numerous items stolen out of a vehicle in the 4300 block of West Lakeshore Drive.
A man was arrested after stealing a cell phone that was left on a Grant Transit Authority bus. The man gave the phone back, but did not give back the money that was in the phone/wallet. The man was arrested for theft and resisting arrest after he attempted to pull away from an officer.
A container with methamphetamine inside of it was found in a parking lot in the 600 block of South Coolidge Street.
Report of an unknown subject stealing alcohol from Safeway and fleeing the scene.
A man was arrested after stealing football cards from Walmart.
A hypodermic needle was found in a driveway in the 1000 block of West Ivy Avenue.

Alejandra Herrera, 55, of Ephrata, was booked on an outstanding Grant County District Court warrant for driving without a valid operator's license.
Angel Muro, of Othello, was booked on a Department of Corrections secretary's warrant for third-degree assault.
Matthew Edwards, 27, of Richland, was booked on an outstanding GCDC warrant for DUI and reckless endangerment.
Billy Cruz, 38, of Quincy, was booked for unlawful imprisonment and fourth-degree assault.
Cenedra Teacher, 34, of Spokane, was arrested and booked on an outstanding GCDC warrant for third-degree driving with a suspended license and possession of a legend drug without a prescription.
Oscar Rodriguez, 32, of Warden, was arrested and booked on an outstanding GCDC warrant for third-degree theft.
Eduardo Vega, 43, of Quincy, was arrested and booked on an outstanding Yakima County warrant for three counts of third-degree rape of a child.
Larry Rangel, 22, of Pasco, was booked on an outstanding GCDC warrant for DUI.
