Report of two-vehicle, non-injury accident in the parking lot of a business at 302 W. Broadway Ave. Driver of vehicle 1 backed into vehicle 2. Driver of vehicle 1 was arrested for DUI.

Report of gray mountain bike stolen from a residence in the 1200 block of West Ivy Avenue.

Report of vandalism at a residence in the 600 block of West Loop Drive. Reporting party said unknown suspects wrote on her car.

Report of vehicle prowl at a residence in the 100 block of East Mizzou Court. Estimated value, $20.

A 28-year-old man was arrested on an outstanding Grant County felony warrant.

Report of theft at a business at 1005 N. Stratford Rd. A 19-year-old man allegedly didn’t scan all items in self-checkout and was cited for third-degree theft.

A man, no age listed, was arrested on an outstanding Grant County misdemeanor warrant after a traffic stop.

Report of theft from a business at 815 N. Stratford Rd. The suspect, a 24-year-old man, left without paying for merchandise.

Report of theft from a business at 980 W. Central Dr. Suspect, a 33-year-old man, stole tools from the business and left in a vehicle, later located on Nelson Road. The suspect was arrested for two counts of third-degree theft and retail theft with extenuating circumstances.

Report of graffiti spray painted onto a church building in the 200 block of North Dale Road.

A woman reported an unknown person used a permanent marker to write on the trunk of her car in the 400 block of North Dale Road.

Report of an unknown female stealing items from Safeway and fleeing the scene.

Graffiti was located on the side of a building in the 8400 block of Aspi Boulevard Northeast.

Report of possible inappropriate touching between two students at Sage Point Elementary in January and February. The allegations are under investigation.

Report of a reckless driver on West Sage Bay Drive. The vehicle was contacted and the occupants advised they were learning how to drive a manual transmission. The subjects were asked to practice elsewhere.

A woman reported receiving a fraudulent phone call from a person claiming to be represent the IRS.

A employee at a gas station in the 600 block of North Stratford Road reported seeing a woman drop a gun in the store and pick it up. The employee said he wanted the woman and three other people trespassed from the business.

A woman reported that her son had taken her phone and vehicle keys and refused to return them.

A man reported his vehicle broken into.

Apple trees were reported stolen from an orchard.

A woman reported that someone came to her house and threatened her.

A man reported that his son had been bitten by a pit bull while riding his bike.

A man reported that someone came into his trailer through an open window and stole items.

An equipment trailer was reported stolen.

A woman reported that people she had let into her residence had stolen items.

A woman reported that someone jumped her and took her purse.

A man reported a four-wheeler trespassing on his property.

A gas station reported that a customer had driven off without paying for gas.

A woman reported that a male across the street had just attacked her boyfriend with a knife.

A woman reported her vehicle stolen.

A man reported that someone had come to his residence and broken a window on his vehicle.

A fraudulent phone call purporting to be from the IRS was reported.

A man reported a male breaking windows at his residence with a knife and entering the residence.

Sherman Rowland, 57, Ephrata, was booked into the Grant County Jail on an outstanding Grant County Superior Court warrant for second-degree burglary and an outstanding Washington Department of Corrections warrant.

Shawn Fisher, 35, Grand Coulee, was booked on an outstanding WDOC warrant for possession of controlled substances.

Michael Bradley, 32, Ephrata, was booked on an outstanding WDOC warrant for possession of a stolen firearm, possession of controlled substances and second-degree possession of stolen property.

Holden Alvarado, 18, Moses Lake, was booked on an outstanding Lewis County juvenile warrant for possession of a stolen vehicle and custodial assault.

April 7

Antonio Venegas Falconer, 20, Moses Lake, was booked for second-degree burglary, an outstanding WDOC warrant and outstanding Grant County District Court warrants for third-degree theft and making false statements to law enforcement.

Joshua Jenkins, 36, no address listed, was booked on an outstanding GCDC warrant.

Janie Oliva, 54, Moses Lake, was booked on outstanding GCDC warrants for driving without a valid driver’s license or other identification, and two counts of third-degree driving with a suspended license.

Moses Calderon Diaz, 22, Quincy, was booked for DUI.

Amber Mitchell, 27, Moses Lake, was booked for DUI and third-degree driving with a suspended license.

Kari Doughty, 60, Electric City, was booked for fourth-degree assault (domestic violence).

Jeremy Madewell, 33, Moses Lake was booked on two counts of third-degree theft and retail theft with extenuating circumstances.

Erik Martinez, 23, Quincy, was booked on an outstanding GCDC warrant for third-degree driving with a suspended license.

Leroy Cantu, 34, Moses Lake, was booked for second-degree criminal trespassing and fourth-degree assault.
