Royal City man injured in Moses Lake accident

MOSES LAKE — A Royal City man has been charged with DUI after an accident on I-90 Monday night that sent him to the hospital.

Oscar Landeros Ramirez, 21, was driving east on I-90 at the Moses Lake city limits when his car drifted off the road and hit the traffic barrier, according to a report from the Washington State Patrol. His car then hit a vehicle in the other lane, driven by Adam Bouchard, 28, Spokane.

Landeros Ramirez’ car came to rest blocking the left lane. Bouchard’s car ended up on the right shoulder.

Landeros Ramirez was transported to Samaritan Hospital; Bouchard was not injured. Lorna Villanueva Ozuna, 19, Moses Lake, was a passenger in Landeros Ramirez’ car and was not injured.

Landeros Ramirez’ car, a 1999 Chevy Metro, was towed.
