City of Moses Lake Notice of Application and Public Hearing Peninsula Park LLC submitted an application for a Conditional Use Permit on February 12, 2018. Additional information was submitted on March 26th and the application was determined to be substantially complete and ready for review on March 27, 2018. The project location is Desert Oasis Manufactured Home Park, 4000 Longview St. The proposal is to develop three additional mobile home parcels within the existing mobile home park. NOTICE OF DETERMINATION OF NONSIGNIFICANCE Royal School District issued a determination of non-significance(DNS) under the State Environmental Policy Act Rules (Chapter 197-11 WAC) for the following project: A complete renovation of the existing Red Rock Elementary School building along with improvements to the site. Project includes the modernization of the existing 2-story 58,000 square foot K-3 elementary school. Which includes repairing flood damage caused by a broken water pipe, and addresses student growth and brings the facility to current building codes. Project will also add approximately 2,600 feet within current building envelope. This project is proposed by Royal School District No. 160. After review of a completed environmental checklist and other information on file with the agency, Royal School District has determined thss proposal will not have a probable significant adverse impact on the environment.
