Sept. 25

A 2001 GMC Sierra truck was reported stolen.

A business reported a subject damaging property at night.

Mail was reported stolen.

A woman reported that aggressive dogs were running loose and wouldn’t let her get out of her vehicle.

A woman reported that her son was being aggressive and yelling.

A woman reported that her tenants had not returned a key, and had broken into the residence the previous weekend.

Sept. 26

A woman reported that she was assaulted.

Sept. 24

Manuel Birrueta-Herrera, 21, Quincy, was booked into the Grant County Jail for fourth-degree assault (domestic violence).

Sept. 25

Elia Castillo, 34, Moses Lake, was booked for fourth-degree assault (domestic violence).

Rafael Ochoa, 19, Richland, was booked on an outstanding Grant County Superior Court warrant for one count of prison riot and one count of fourth-degree assault, and an outstanding Grant County District Court warrant for possession of marijuana, less than 40 grams and obstruction of law enforcement.

Willis Waggoner, 62, Elmer City, was booked on an outstanding GCDC warrant for fourth-degree assault (domestic violence) and harassment (domestic violence).

Dominique Valdez, 21, Desert Aire, was booked for possession of a stolen vehicle.

Heather Russell, 42, Quincy, was booked for fourth-degree assault (domestic violence) and third-degree malicious mischief (domestic violence).

Travis Smith, 27, Moses Lake, was booked for possession of heroin, possession of cocaine, possession of methamphetamines, possession of a legend drug without a prescription and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Carlos Martinez, 18, Mattawa, was booked for third-degree malicious mischief (domestic violence).

Sept. 26

Nichole Quintanilla, 28, Quincy, was booked for fourth-degree assault (domestic violence).

Antonio Cantu, 32, Moses Lake, was booked for taking a vehicle without permission, DUI, hit and run unattended and third-degree driving with a suspended license.
