Housing Authority of Grant County Call for Bids Fire Restoration of Karen Lane Apartments, Ephrata, WA Notice is hereby given that SEALED BIDS shall be received by the Housing Authority of Grant County (HAGC) located at 1139 Larson Blvd in Moses Lake, WA 98837 until 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday October 10, 2017 at 2:00 PM in HAGC conference room, at which time the Sealed Bids for the Restoration of Fire damaged Karen Lane Apts located at 269 D St SE, Ephrata, WA, shall be opened and publicly read. A bid walk will be held Tuesday September 27, 2017 at 9:00 AM at Karen Lane Apartments.
