News Release The annual election of the Quincy-Columbia Basin District will be held on December 12, 2017 for the purpose of electing a director for Director Division 1 and Director Division 2 to serve a term of three (3) years. Final date for filing a Petition of Nomination is November 6, 2017. Petitions are due to the Quincy-Columbia Basin Irrigation District, office, before 5:00 pm. Copies of the Petition of Nomination are available at the District office in Quincy. Warren Morgan is presently serving as Director of Division 1, Covering all of Range 23, and that portion of Range 24 lying West of the Quincy/George Highway and South to the Frenchman Hills. John Rylaarsdam is presently serving as Director in Division 2, covering all that portion of Range 24 lying East of the Quincy/George Highway and South to the Frenchman Hills.
