MOSES LAKE — Moses Lake’s very own Just Right Cleaning and Construction was named one of Qualified Remodeling Magazine’s Top 500 remodeling and restoration contractors for 2017.

With annual revenues of about $3.7 million, the company placed 361 out of 500 firms nationwide in an annual survey Qualified Remodeling publishes every August, one of five construction firms in Washington state to make the list.

“This is great accomplishment. We’re always working toward this, and it means we’re among the best in the country,” said Ben Justesen, owner of Just Right Cleaning and Construction. “Being from little old Moses Lake, it feels pretty darn good.”

Justesen said the company, which has offices in Ellensburg and Wenatchee as well as Moses Lake, specializes in insurance claims and disaster repairs — fire, flood, wind, mold, “any kind of disaster.”

“We were inundated with water damage claims from frozen pipes earlier this year,” he said.

Founded in 1984 by Justesen’s father Blaine, Just Right Cleaning and Construction has won numerous awards and is currently ranked 3,148 on the Inc. 5000 list, Inc. Magazine’s list of the fastest-growing private firms in America. In addition to remediation services, the company also provides general contracting services, deodorization, demolition, debris removal and contents storage and restoration and secures damaged structures.

Qualified Remodeler is one of several industry magazines published by Evanston, Ill.-based SOLA Group to serve companies and individuals in the construction, repair and interior decorating.
