MATTAWA — Aubree Skone continued her scoring blitz with four more goals and Warden beat Wahluke 5-1.

Skone put the Cougars ahead within the first minute off an assist from Aaliyah Escamilla. Bailey Whitney and Skone scored in the fourth and fifth minute, respectively, to extend the margin.

“It was a very physical game,” head coach Hannah Mohs said. “Our defense stepped it up and covered each other, which allowed Wahluke not many chances to score.”
