Report of vehicle prowl in the 500 block of North Kentucky Drive. Sometime overnight unknown suspects broke into victim's vehicle and stole amp and sub-woofer, estimated value $700.
Report of theft at a business at 205 West Broadway Ave. Unknown suspects jacked up the victim's car and stole the wheels and tires, leaving the vehicle up on the jack. Wheels were valued at about $1,000 each, with no estimate of value for the tires.
Report of theft from a business at 723 West Broadway Ave. Unknown suspects stole license plates from two of the company vans.
A 22-year-old woman was arrested for fourth-degree assault (domestic violence) after she allegedly hit the victim with a portable traffic sign.

Office received a phone in the mail, in an envelope with no return address. Note indicated the phone was stolen and the sender wanted to return it to the owner. The owner was contacted and the phone returned.
A 41-year-old man turned himself in on an outstanding warrant.
Report of two-vehicle, minor injury accident at 150 North Stratford Rd. Driver of vehicle 1 rear-ended vehicle 2 while it was stopped at the traffic light. Driver of vehicle 1 was transported to Samaritan Hospital.
A 52-year-old man was arrested on an outstanding Washington Department of Corrections warrant.
A 24-year-old man was arrested on an outstanding WDOC felony warrant.

A man reported that someone got into his house, tore the wire out of his deep freeze and stole his fire extinguisher.

A woman reported that the previous occupant of her residence had stolen the cable box and damaged the house, and was now sending her harassing messages.

Karloy Posell, 22, no address listed, was booked into the Grant County Jail for fourth-degree assault (domestic violence).
Lindsey Lakey, 58, Snohomish, was booked on an outstanding Grant County District Court warrant for violation of a no-contact order.
James Goodlake, 24, Grand Coulee, was booked on two counts of third-degree escape, two counts of obstructing law enforcement, two counts of resisting arrest and one count of third-degree driving with a suspended license.
Brandon McNew, 23, Moses Lake, was booked for second-degree burglary.
Robert Havens, 41, Wenatchee, was booked on an outstanding GCDC warrant for DUI.
William Kelly, 51, Moses Lake, was booked on an outstanding Washington Department of Corrections warrant for possession of controlled substances.

Nathaniel Parker, no age given, Moses Lake, was booked on an outstanding WDOC warrant for possession of controlled substances.
Jeremy Gildow, 23, Moses Lake, was booked for third-degree driving with a suspended license and outstanding GCDC warrants for four counts of driving with a suspended license.
