Sept. 8

Report of an intoxicated male at a business at 2311 South Maiers Rd. The man went inside the business before it opened and was watching TV when a customer arrived. The 46-year-old man made the customer nervous by putting an arm around her, and was cited for fourth-degree assault.

Report of stolen vehicle in the 9000 block of Northeast Parkway Drive. Vehicle was stolen sometime overnight and is described as a white four-door 1992 Honda Civic, WA license AJB4953.

A man, no age given, was arrested on outstanding Grant County warrants.

Report of two-vehicle, non-injury accident at 150 North Stratford Road. Driver of vehicle 1, a GTA bus was stopped for a light; he said his foot slipped off the brake and he ran into the back of vehicle 2, also stopped for the light.

Report of computer stolen from Moses Lake High School. Computer is described as an Apple MacBook Air laptop, silver with Moses Lake School District ID No. 14690.

Report of attempted phone fraud. Victim said she was receiving phone calls from unknown suspect claiming to be from the IRS.

Report of backpack stolen during the school day at Chief Moses Middle School.

Report of two-vehicle, non-injury accident at 517 W. Third Ave. Vehicle 2 was parked in front of the address; driver of vehicle 1 hit the driver's side mirror.

Report of theft from a business at 500 South Pioneer Way. Female suspect allegedly put a bottle of alcohol in her purse and left the store. Suspect is described as a Hispanic woman, brown hair in a bun, wearing blue shirt and jeans.

Sept. 9

A 42-year-old man was cited for third-degree driving with a suspended license after he was observed driving for the second time during the night. His vehicle was towed.

Report of theft at a business at 601 South Pioneer Way. Female subject allegedly took about $67 in merchandise and left without paying. Male subject returned about one hour later, attempting to return items without a receipt.

Report of theft from a business at 601 South Pioneer Way. Officer was already on scene when employees said a suspect had just stolen liquor from the building, estimated value $18. Suspect was located and trespassed from the business.

A subject, no age given, was arrested on three outstanding warrants and third-degree driving with a suspended license.

Two suspects, no ages given, were arrested on outstanding felony charges.

Report of theft from a business at 601 South Pioneer Way. Suspect allegedly concealed bottles of liquor in his jacket, left the store, was chased across the street by another customer, but escaped in a maroon Dodge Intrepid. Suspect was described as a younger male, wearing a black hooded jacket embellished with white crowns and "45" on it.

Report of theft from a residence in the 1300 block of West Ivy Ave. Suspect allegedly stole a bike and rode away. Suspect was described as a white male dressed in black.

Sept. 10

A 48-year-old man was arrested for violating a no-contact order.

A 29-year-old man was arrested for motor vehicle theft, violation of a no-contact order and fourth-degree assault (domestic violence).

Report of vehicle prowl at 2709 West Broadway Ave. Unknown thieves stole victim's debit card.

Report of theft at the Larson Ballfield, 514 South Russell Ave. Reporting party said she left her phone in the bathroom and it was gone when she returned about 20 minutes later. Reporting party called the phone, and the person at the other end demanded money to return it. A 66-year-old woman was arrested for second-degree theft and second-degree trafficking in stolen property.

Report of theft at a business at 640 North Stratford Rd. A 46-year-old man was arrested for third-degree theft.

Sept. 8

Christopher Sasser, 37, Royal City, was booked into the Grant County Jail on an outstanding Chelan County warrant for third-degree driving with a suspended license.

Jesus Gomez, 53, no address listed, was booked on a Washington Department of Corrections order for probation violation.

Adam Darnall, 37, Moses Lake, was booked on an outstanding WDOC warrant for probation violation.

Jose Oliva, 35, Moses Lake, was booked on an outstanding Grant County Superior Court warrant for failing to register as a sex offender.

Manuel Benavidez, no age listed, Othello, was booked for DUI, obstructing law enforcement and third-degree driving with a suspended license, and an outstanding Kitsap County warrant for DUI.

Emmanuel Magallon, 21, Quincy, was booked on an outstanding Grant County District Court warrant for reckless driving and hit and run, unattended.

Kyle Simpson, 27, Ephrata, was booked for attempted homicide, attempted first-degree assault, eluding and giving a false name to a public servant.

Charlie Craig, no age listed, Grand Coulee, was booked for third-degree driving with a suspended license and on outstanding GCDC warrants for two counts of driving without a valid driver's license or other ID.

Johnny Craig, no age listed, Grand Coulee, was booked on outstanding Okanogan County warrants for fourth-degree assault (domestic violence), third-degree malicious mischief (domestic violence) and third-degree driving with a suspended license.

Sept. 9

Brittany Silva, 25, Moses Lake, was booked for aiding and abetting in the theft of a firearm, aiding and abetting third-degree theft and an outstanding GCSC warrant for first-degree trafficking in stolen property.

Paul Fear, 27, Moses Lake, was booked for theft of a firearm, illegal possession of a firearm, carrying a concealed weapon, third-degree theft and on an outstanding GCSC warrant.

Dominic Cotton, 20, Elmer City, was booked for MIP.

Jose Cervantes Nava, 31, Moses Lake, was booked on outstanding GCDC warrants for violating a protection order, third-degree driving with a suspended license and driving without a valid driver's license or other ID.

James Wolfe, 18, Moses Lake, was booked on outstanding GCDC warrants for reckless driving, racing and second-degree driving with a suspended license.

Bradley Beavin, 49, Moses Lake, was booked for fourth-degree assault and third-degree driving with a suspended license.

Sept. 10

Nathan Richardson, 37, Moses Lake, was booked for third-degree malicious mischief (domestic violence).

Darrell McCarter, 48, Moses Lake, was booked for violation of a no-contact order.

Mariano Santoyo Pantoja, 29, Moses Lake, was booked for vehicle theft (domestic violence), violation of a protection order, fourth-degree assault (domestic violence) and malicious mischief (domestic violence).

Brian Ironbear, 46, transient, was booked for third-degree theft.

Clifford Long, 56, Ephrata, was booked for fourth-degree assault (domestic violence).

Nancy Navarette, 56, Moses Lake, was booked for second-degree trafficking in stolen property and second-degree theft.

Sept. 11

Efrain Tafolla, 21, no address listed, was booked for violation of a no-contact order (domestic violence).
