Sept. 7
Report of a juvenile hitting a dog in the 1100 block of West Columbia Avenue. Police could not find the animal or child.
Report of a tarp in the middle of the North Stratford Road/West Mart Road intersection. Police responded, but the tarp had already been removed.
A man was arrested for second-degree burglary after stealing two bottles of alcohol from Safeway.
Report of juveniles going into an apartment in the 1000 block of South Ashley Way with alcohol and leaving a short time later.
Report of a dog biting a person in the 2000 block of West Basin Street.
A dog jumped out of the window of a moving vehicle causing the driver to swerve and go onto the median at the West Broadway Avenue/West Marina Drive intersection. The driver was cited for driving with a suspended license, not having insurance, driving with wheels off of the road and not having vehicle registration.

A woman reported that her van was stolen after she allowed a potential buyer to test it out.

An intoxicated male was reported walking in the middle of the street yelling.
A woman reported that someone was trying to break into her home.

Emilio Vargas, 25, of Moses Lake, was booked on three counts of first-degree assault and fourth-degree assault.
Lazelda Foster, 22, of Keller, was arrested for fourth-degree assault.
Sept. 7
Angela Neisinger, 42, of Warden, was booked for fourth-degree assault.
Steven Hawkins, 49, of Ephrata, was booked on an outstanding warrant out of Chelan County for probation violation.
Carmella Lence, 45, of Warden, was booked on an outstanding Grant County District Court warrant.
Holly Woods, 27, of Moses Lake, was arrested on an outstanding Grant County Superior Court warrant for second-degree robbery and prostitution.
Jose Lopez, 27, of Ephrata, was arrested for manufacturing marijuana in a school zone.
Michael Guerra, 27, city of residence not listed, was booked on a Department of Corrections order for arrest and detention.
Luis Martinez, 23, of Warden, was arrested for second-degree burglary and third-degree theft.
Jesus Ibarra, 22, of Warden, was booked for second-degree burglary, second-degree theft and obstruction.
Efrain Madrid, 23, of Quincy, was booked on a DOC secretary's warrant for violations of probation.
Michael Solis, 23, of Moses Lake, was booked for second-degree burglary and an outstanding GCDC warrant for third-degree theft.
Damaso Calvillo, 56, of Quincy, was booked for DUI and driving without a valid operator's license.
Maria Martinez, 42, of Warden, was arrested for possession of methamphetamine and possession of paraphernalia.
Maria Alexander, 27, of Centralia, was booked on an outstanding GCDC warrant for third-degree driving with a suspended or revoked license.
