Notice of Determination of Non-Significance Water System Plan: The City of Othello issued a Determination of Non-Significance under the State Environmental Policy Act (SEPA) for the adoption of the Water System Plan. This project does not have any probable significant adverse environmental impacts. This decision was made after review of an environmental checklist and other information on file with the City.
