City of Moses Lake Notice of Application and Public Hearing The Lakes Mobile Home Park LLC submitted an application for a Conditional Use Permit on July 25, 2017. The application was determined to be substantially complete and ready for review on August 21, 2017. The project location is The Lakes Manufactured Home Park, 1701 E. Burr Avenue. The proposal is to develop the remaining uncompleted portion of the existing mobile home park by adding 31 double-wide manufactured home spaces. Private streets and utilities will be extended to serve the additional spaces. The project has been determined to be consistent with the City's Comprehensive Plan and the following development regulations are applicable to the project: City of Moses Lake Municipal Code Title 14 Environmental Regulations, Title 16 Buildings and Construction, Title 18 Zoning, and Title 20 Development Review Process. The Planning Commission will hold a public hearing for this project at 7:00 pm, September 28, 2017 in the City Council Chambers located at 401 S. Balsam.
