Julie D. Capps

July 11, 1965 – August 20, 2017

Julie D. Capps was chosen by God to return home to him on August, 2017.

She passed peacefully surrounded by family members and staff of Providence Sacred Heart Medical Center in Spokane.

She was born one of four children to Duane and Nancy Capps in Longview, Wash. on July 11, 1965.

She grew up in Seattle, where she graduated, and spent several years working at KIRO-TV Seattle in their printing department.

She met and married Leon Watson from Moses Lake, Wash. She owned and operated Moses Lake Body Shop for 10 years.

They had one daughter, KC Watson, born in 1998. Julie continued to live in Moses Lake with a great sense of humor, having a big and generous heart.

She adored all her nieces and nephews, along with all her animal pets.

She will be missed.

Julie was preceded in death by her father and grandparents.

She is survived by two brothers, one sister and her mother as well as many aunts, uncles and cousins.

A Celebration of Life for July, will take place later this fall in Seattle.
