Aug. 30

Police contacted a man who was intoxicated and bothering customers at a business in the 100 block of West Fifth Avenue. The man was arrested for a confirmed warrant and released due to a medical condition.

Report of several items stolen from the backyard of a residence in the 700 block of South Woodberry Street.

A man reported an unknown person stole the tailgate off of his truck in the 800 block of East Broadway Avenue.

Report of a woman attempting to steal a backpack full of items from Walmart. The woman was confronted by a Walmart employee, dropped the items and fled the scene.

Report of two wallets and a cellphone stolen from the office of a business in the 400 block of West Third Avenue.

Report of a person possibly drinking a beer and driving in the 1800 block of East Kittleson Road. Police could not locate the vehicle.

Report of a physical fight involving two males in the 1000 block of South Division Street. One of the two males in the fight allegedly shoved a gun into his waist band after the fight was over and walked into a South Division Street residence. The male with the handgun was not located by police.

A man allegedly threw his girlfriend to the ground and choked her. A witness shoved the suspect off of the victim. The suspect fled the scene and was not immediately located by police.

A rock was reportedly thrown through a tractor window.

A female caller reported that a male came to her house and made her touch him inappropriately.

A dog was reported stolen.

A man reported that his ex had not left the property, in violation of a court order.

A man reported his vehicle stolen.

A woman reported that a 13-year-old was attacking her and her wife.

A woman reported that her sister’s boyfriend was choking and beating her.

Aug. 31

An altercation was reported in which a male was pushing a female around.

Aug. 30

Andres Teran, 19, of Quincy, was arrested and booked on an outstanding Grant County District Court warrant for minor in possession of alcohol and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Wade Rainbolt, 29, city of residence not listed, was arrested and booked for eluding, first-degree malicious mischief, second-degree assault, DUI, hit-and-run and interfering with a healthcare facility.

Matthew Garoutte, 33, of Soap Lake, was arrested and booked for attempting to elude and a Department of Corrections secretary's warrant.

Rafael Acosta, 26, of Beverly, was arrested and booked on a DOC secretary's warrant.

Christian Daugherty, 50, of Ephrata, was arrested and booked for felony harassment.

Nathaniel Parker, 23, city of residence not listed, was booked on a DOC detainer.

Aug. 31

David Eney, 52, of Moses Lake, was arrested and booked for second-degree assault, felony harassment and third-degree malicious mischief.

Shawn Vandenbos, 35, city of residence not listed, was booked on an outstanding GCDC warrant for third-degree driving with a suspended or revoked license.

Erik Hubbard, 27, of Spokane, was booked on an outstanding GCDC warrant for third-degree theft and making a false statement to a public servant.
