Oct. 27

Report of mailbox stolen at a residence in the 1900 block of West Marina Drive. Estimated value about $150.

Report of hunters suspected of illegally hunting geese at Stratford Road and Northeast Road 5.6. Illegally harvested goose was confiscated.

Report of vandalism at a business at 530 W. Valley Rd. Unknown suspects threw a rock through the front window.

Report of theft from a business at 1180 N. Stratford Rd. Victim said unknown suspect stole a bottle of liquor about 1 p.m. the previous day.

Report of two-vehicle, non injury accident in the parking lot of a business at 601 S. Pioneer Way.

Report of theft at a business at 1147 W. Broadway Ave.

Report of two-vehicle, non-injury accident at the intersection of West Broadway Avenue and West Third Avenue. Driver of vehicle 1 pulled out of a parking lot and in front of vehicle 2. Both drivers left the scene before law enforcement arrived.

A 23-year-old man was arrested for second-degree driving with a suspended license.

Oct. 28

A 39-year-old woman was arrested on outstanding Grant County warrants.

A 23-year-old man was arrested on an outstanding Grant County warrant after a report of a domestic dispute at a residence in the 800 block of East Hill Avenue.

A 55-year-old man was arrested on an outstanding Grant County warrant.

Report of two-vehicle, minor injury accident in the 600 block of North Stratford Road. Driver of vehicle 1 pulled into the road from a parking lot and was hit by vehicle 2. Driver of vehicle 1 was cited for failing to yield the right of way and driving without insurance. Passenger from vehicle 1 was taken to Samaritan Hospital for a broken nose.

Report of shoplifting at a business at 1005 N. Stratford Road. Thief and theft were captured on the store's security video.

Report of attempted vehicle prowl at a residence in the 600 block of West D Street. Witness drove up while the suspect was searching the vehicle and chased the suspect when he ran away. The witness retrieved the items stolen from the car and the suspect left the area. Suspect was described as a bald, skinny older white male with no teeth.

Report of shoplifting at a business at 1005 N. Stratford Rd. Officer observed two subjects take merchandise and hide it. When officers attempted to arrest them one of the subjects, a 35-year-old man, tried to fight with officers. Both were found to be carrying heroin when arrested. The 35-year-old was arrested for possession of heroin and third-degree theft. The second suspect, a 25-year-old man, was arrested for possession of heroin and released.

A 29-year-old woman was arrested for theft and burglary after she allegedly switched tags on merchandise at a business at 1. N. Stratford Rd.

Reporting party said his power wheelchair was stuck in the mud near a business at 1147 West Broadway Ave. Officers pulled it out of the mud.

Oct. 29

A 30-year-old man was arrested for possession of methaphetamines, second-degree vehicle prowl and making threats. The man was discovered searching the trunk of a car parked at the intersection of SR 17 and I-90. The man threatened to stab the reporting party and rode away on a bicycle. He was later located and arrested.

Report of attempted burglary at a business at 4421 W. Prichard Rd. Unknown suspects broke glass to the door and rummaged through items, but no sign anything was taken.

A 23-year-old man was arrested on an outstanding Grant County warrant.

A woman, no age given, was arrested for fourth-degree assault (domestic violence) after a possible suicide attempt.

Report of vandalism at a residence in the 1400 block of West Tennessee Drive. Reporting party said unknown suspects smashed pumpkins on the porch.

Report of vandalism at a residence in the 1000 block of West Oregon Street. Unknown suspects took pumpkins from reporting party's porch and smashed them in the road.

A man was arrested for DUI and driving without a valid driver's license or other identification after allegedly attempting to enter a business at 2016 W. Broadway Ave. through the drive-thru window.

A woman reported that her ex was refusing to leave.

A man reported that an 11-year-old juvenile was arguing with his mom and threw a tire jack in the driveway.

A female caller reported male subjects harassing her and her friend.

A fight was reported outside a bar in Moses Lake.

A man reported that his truck was broken into.

A man reported that his shed was broken into.

Tools were reported stolen from a job site.

A woman reported that her ex came to her residence and stole her vehicle.

A man reported that his neighbor was yelling and cursing at him.

A woman reported that juveniles had dumped out the bags of leaves she had raked.

A woman reported that her daughter was not brought back from visitation on time.

A backpack was reportedly found with a gun in it.

Mytzy Cervantes Angeles, 21, Quincy, was booked for third-degree assault of a child.

James Hutton, 50, Moses Lake, was booked for resisting arrest and two counts of fourth-degree assault (domestic violence).

Steven Miller, 28, transient, was booked on an outstanding Washington Department of Corrections order for probation violation.

Nathan Huelle, 41, Ephrata, was booked on an outstanding WDOC order for probation violation.

Tyson Lolkus, 28, Ephrata, was booked on an outstanding WDOC detention order.

Garet Moreno, 28, Ephrata, was booked on an outstanding WDOC order.

Ernesto Rodriguez Ornelas, 26, Quincy, was booked for second-degree theft and residential burglary.
