Notice of Determination of Non-Significance Critical Area Ordinance Update: The City of Othello issued a Determination of Non-Significance (DNS) under the State Environmental Policy Act (SEPA) for the adoption of the updates to the Critical Area Ordinance. This project does not have any probable significant adverse environmental impacts. This decision was made after review of an environmental checklist and other information on file with the City.
