ORDINANCE NO. 2873 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF MOSES LAKE, WASHINGTON, AMENDING SECTION 5.04.100 OF THE MOSES LAKE MUNICIPA; CODE ENTITLED "PAYMENT OF FEE- TIME LIMIT" (This summary is published pursuant to RCW 35A.12.160. The Moses Lake City Council adopted an ordinance which provides more effective enforcement against repeat offenders violating business license regulations.
