A 19-year-old man was arrested on an outstanding warrant.

Report of numerous items stolen out of a vehicle in the 600 block of West Loop Drive.

A man reported his prescription medications and cellphone were stolen out of his vehicle.

A needle was picked up at a park in the 900 block of West Central Drive and placed into a container.

A man was struck by a pickup truck in the parking lot at Walmart. The man was transported to Samaritan Hospital for treatment of an injury to his hip.

A 12-year-old boy inappropriately grabbed a 14-year-old girl on the school bus. The girl's father did not wish to pursue assault charges against the boy.

Report of a man and woman stealing a $650 welding machine from Lowe's.

Report of a cellphone stolen out of a backpack at Moses Lake High School.

A man reported receiving a phone call from a person claiming to be collecting donations for the Moses Lake Police Department.

A business in the 800 block of North Stratford Road reported receiving a counterfeit $20 bill from an unknown subject.

A man reported that his 46-year-old son was refusing to leave.

A woman reported that her mother’s windshield had been broken.

A man reported that his neighbor cut his fence.

A woman reported that her van had been stolen while she was at work.

A man reported that he had an argument with a friend and now the friend was making threats against him and his wife.

Felipe Flores, 18, Moses Lake, was booked on an outstanding GCSC warrant, juvenile warrant, for fourth-degree assault (domestic violence).

Rafael Garcia, 37, Quincy, was booked for DUI and driving without a valid license or other identification, and on outstanding Arizona warrants for sale or transportation of marijuana and misconduct involving weapons.

Zebulon Gwynn, 22, Moses Lake, was booked on an outstanding GCSC warrant for possession of controlled substances by a prisoner, an outstanding WDOC warrant for probation violation and an outstanding GCDC warrant for third-degree theft.

Kenneth Baye, 46, Moses Lake, was booked for unlawful imprisonment (domestic violence), fourth-degree assault (domestic violence), third-degree theft (domestic violence) and third-degree malicious mischief (domestic violence).

Rolando Arredondo, 50, Quincy, was booked on an outstanding GCSC warrant for second-degree theft.

Kenneth Jacobs, 77, was booked for first-degree driving with a suspended license.

Dominique Valdez, 21, Quincy, was booked for first-degree criminal trespassing and third-degree theft.

Jose Macias, 19, Moses Lake, was booked on an outstanding GCSC warrant for possession of a stolen vehicle, DUI and third-degree driving with a suspended license.

Magdaleno Castro, 47, no address listed, was booked on an outstanding Grant County District Court warrant for driving without a valid driver’s license or other identification.

Efrain Madrid, 24, Quincy, was booked on an outstanding WDOC warrant.

Lisa Loera, 40, Warden, was booked on an outstanding Snohomish County warrant.

Jessica Lawter, 29, Ephrata, was booked for third-degree driving with a suspended license and an outstanding Benton County warrant for third-degree driving with a suspended license.

Aaron Hayes, 48, Lind, was booked on an outstanding WDOC detention order.

Gabriella Alvarado, no age listed, Moses Lake, was booked for outstanding Grant County Superior Court warrants for theft of a motor vehicle, second-degree burglary, first-degree criminal trespassing and third-degree theft.

Kayla Irizarry, no age listed, Moses Lake, was booked on outstanding GCSC warrants for possession of methamphetamines, second-degree identity theft, second-degree possession of stolen property and third-degree possession of stolen property, and outstanding GCDC warrants for two counts of third-degree theft.

Kristy Estabrook, no age listed, Warden, was booked on an outstanding GCDC warrant for third-degree driving with a suspended license, and two outstanding Adams County warrants for first-degree criminal trespassing and third-degree theft.

John Buchmann, 54, of Soap Lake, was booked on an outstanding Grant County Superior Court warrant for failure to register a sex offender.

Stephanie Marchand, 45, of Coulee Dam, was booked on an outstanding GCSC warrant for possession of methamphetamine.

Angela Oriley, 41, of Grand Coulee, was booked for fourth-degree assault.

Tiffany Welcome, 28, of Yakima, was booked on an outstanding GCDC warrant for fourth-degree assault.

Matthew Walker, 28, of Ephrata, was booked on an outstanding GCSC warrant.

Jessica Poulos, 33, of Moses Lake, was booked for theft of a motor vehicle, seven counts of second-degree possession of stolen property and third-degree theft.

Jair Gutierrez, 19, of Moses Lake, was booked on a Department of Corrections order for arrest and detention.

Richard Ruff, 32, of Moses Lake, was booked on a DOC order.

Eva Martinez, 46, of Othello, was arrested and booked on two outstanding GCDC warrants for third-degree driving with a suspended or revoked license.

Kelsy Peterson, 27, of Moses Lake, was arrested and booked for fourth-degree assault.
