Oct. 6

A 41-year-old man was arrested on an outstanding felony warrant.

Report of two-vehicle, non-injury accident in the parking lot of a business at 1147 West Broadway Ave. Driver of vehicle 1 backed into vehicle 2, which was stopped.

A 22-year-old man was arrested possession of heroin and an outstanding Washington Department of Corrections warrant.

Report of vehicle-pedestrian accident at Moses Lake High School the previous day. The pedestrian was on the sidewalk in front of the high school, started through the crosswalk, and was hit by vehicle 1. Victim reportedly talked with the driver of vehicle 1 and left the scene on foot. Victim said he was hit on left leg and left arm.

Report of two-vehicle, non-injury accident at the intersection of West Valley Road and North Stratford Road. Driver of vehicle 1 pulled out of a parking lot and hit vehicle 2.

Report of two-vehicle, non-injury accident in the 200 block of South Ash Street. Driver of vehicle 1 hit vehicle 2 while turning left at the traffic light. Driver of vehicle 1 was cited for failing to yield the right of way.

Report of two-vehicle, non-injury accident in the parking lot of a business at 1005 North Stratford Rd. Driver of vehicle 1 backed into vehicle 2.

Report of burglary at a residence in the 1000 block of West Gem Avenue. Victim said it occurred between 7:30 a.m. and 5 p.m. Consumer electronics were stolen, estimated value $900.

Report of two-vehicle, non-injury accident at South Ash Street and West Broadway Avenue. Driver of vehicle 1 ran into the back of vehicle 2. Driver of vehicle 1 was cited for following too closely.

A 35-year-old man was cited for third-degree theft after attempting to take about $25 in merchandise from a business at 960 N. Stratford Rd.

A man, no age given, was arrested on an outstanding Grant County misdemeanor warrant.

The driver and passenger in a vehicle stopped for a traffic violation were arrested on outstanding warrants.

Report of attempted phone fraud. Caller said he worked for the Internal Revenue Service and demanded immediate payment; reporting party said he yelled at the caller and hung up.

Report of two-vehicle, non-injury accident in the 300 block of South Ash Street. Driver of vehicle 1 attempted to merge into the lane and hit vehicle 2. Driver of vehicle 1 was cited.

A 52-year-old woman and 48-year-old man were arrested on outstanding warrants after a traffic stop.

Report of domestic disturbance at a residence in the 1000 block of West Gem Avenue. Juvenile subject allegedly assaulted the reporting party, left the scene, came back, broke a window and fled a second time. Juvenile was located and arrested.

Report of theft at a business at 1007 N. Stratford Rd. Reporting party said she asked for cash back at the self-checkout and forgot to take it, but the money wasn't there when she went back.

A 53-year-old man was cited for second-degree vehicle prowl.

A man reported that his son had taken his motorcycle for a ride and hadn’t returned it.

A woman reported her purse stolen.

Two motorcycles were reported stolen from a shop.

A woman reported a subject attempting to pick the lock at her residence

A woman reported that her ex was refusing to leave and threw a ladder.

A woman reported that her boyfriend hit her, bit her and stole her medication.

A female caller reported that a male punched her boyfriend.

A fight was reported at a flea market.

A man reported that his girlfriend’s son came at him with a weapon that appeared to be a nail wrapped in paper wrapped in his fist.

A man reported that his girlfriend was refusing to allow him to leave the premises.

A woman reported that her husband hit her.

Agustin Padilla, 51, no address listed, was booked into the Grant County Jail on an outstanding Benton County warrant.

Bulmaro Hernandez, 24, Royal City was booked on an outstanding Washington Department of Corrections warrant for probation violation.

Pedro Alcala, 21, Moses Lake, was booked on an outstanding Grant County District Court warrant for MIP.

Jose Miranda Jimenez, 27, Quincy, was booked for possession of heroin and obstructing law enforcement.

Jennifer Maldonado Soriano, 23, Spokane, was booked on outstanding GCDC warrants for three counts of third-degree theft.

Esiquio Deleon, 41, Moses Lake, was booked on an outstanding Grant County Superior Court warrant for possession of methamphetamine.

Enrique Estrada, 43, was booked on a two-day GCDC commitment.

Ulises Avalos, 21, Warden, was booked on an outstanding GCDC warrant for reckless driving.

Kurt Mahugh, 48, Quincy, was booked for third-degree malicious mischief (domestic violence).

Christina Rodriguez, 43, Moses Lake, was booked on an outstanding GCDC warrant for third-degree driving with a suspended license.

Antonio Gonzalez Martinez, 27, Warden, was booked on an outstanding GCDC warrant for fourth-degree assault.

Joseph Byrd, 35, Quincy, was booked on an outstanding Washington Department of Corrections warrant for possession of controlled substances.

Mark Perman, 36, Grand Coulee, was booked on outstanding GCDC warrants for three counts of third-degree malicious mischief, three counts of third-degree theft, and one count each of third-degree possession of stolen property, tampering with evidence and obstructing law enforcement.

Amos Staggs, 23, no address listed, was booked on an outstanding GCDC warrant for DUI.

Anthony Robertson, 24, Spokane, was booked for possession of a stolen vehicle and DUI.

Stephen Low, 48, Moses Lake, was booked on outstanding GCDC warrants for two counts of third-degree driving with a suspended license.

Theresa Haberlack, 52, Moses Lake, was booked on outstanding GCDC warrants for third-degree driving with a suspended license and an outstanding Benton County warrant.

Danielle McCrady, 37, Soap Lake, was booked for second-degree burglary and third-degree theft.

Cheryl Dick, 47, Coulee Dam, was booked on outstanding GCDC warrants for three counts of third-degree theft and one count of third-degree driving with a suspended license.

Joseph Messler, 26, Tacoma, turned himself in on an outstanding GCDC warrant for third-degree driving with a suspended license.

Alfredo Ochoa Castaneda, 24, Moses Lake, was booked on outstanding GCDC warrants for DUI, obstructing law enforcement and third-degree driving with a suspended license.
