Notice of Application and Proposed Determination of Non-Significance Date of Notice: October 2, 2017 Notice is hereby given that a SEPA Checklist received by Grant County on September 18, 2017 from Little Seeds Land Co. LLC (Designated Contact: Doug Kennedy, PO Box 146, Quincy, WA 98848 (509) 787-2765) was found to be technically complete on September 27, 2017. Grant County expects to issue a Determination of Non-Significance for this proposal, and the Optional DNS Process in WAC 197-11-355 is being used. This proposal may include mitigation measures under applicable codes, and the project review process may incorporate or require mitigation measures regardless of whether an EIS is prepared. This may be the only opportunity to comment on the environmental impacts of the proposal and the proposed mitigation measures. A copy of the subsequent threshold determination may be obtained upon request. PROPOSED MITIGATION MEASURES: None. PROJECT: To construct a nursery warehouse approximately 4,800 sq. ft. in size.
