Nov. 21

Report of graffiti spray painted onto the outside of a business in the 400 block of South Milwaukee Avenue.

Report of a woman yelling at customers at a business in the 200 block of West Third Avenue. The woman was advised not to yell at random citizens.

A woman was permanently trespassed from a gas station in the 600 block of North Stratford Road after yelling/cursing at customers. The woman later returned to the business and was arrested for trespassing.

Report of subjects panhandling in the 200 block of West Third Avenue. One of the subjects was contacted and arrested on a confirmed warrant.

A locksmith was contacted for a child who was locked in a vehicle in the 8400 block of Aspi Boulevard Northeast.

A woman was permanently trespassed from Winco Foods after stealing $8 worth of merchandise from the store.

Report of an Endeavor Middle School student being verbally aggressive with staff after school hours. The student's mother arrived and took custody of the child.

A woman reported an unknown person damaged her vehicle in the Walmart parking lot.

Nov. 21

Brian Smith, of Moses Lake, was arrested and booked on an outstanding Grant County District Court warrant for third-degree theft.

Orlando Cartagena, 28, of Ephrata, was arrested and booked on an outstanding GCDC warrant for third-degree driving with a suspended or revoked license.

Jose Chavez, 33, of Royal City, was booked on outstanding GCDC warrants for driving without a valid operator's license.

Rodney Fisk, 29, of Yakima, was booked on an outstanding Grant County Superior Court warrant for second-degree burglary.

George Mata, 29, city of residence not listed, was booked on an outstanding GCSC warrant for possession of methamphetamine.

James Ghent, 25, of Yakima, was booked on outstanding GCDC warrants for driving without a valid operator's license and third-degree driving with a suspended or revoked license.

Anthony Wood, 26, of Quincy, was booked on an outstanding GCDC warrant for third-degree driving with a suspended or revoked license.

Artemio Garcia, 29, of Ephrata, was booked on a Department of Corrections secretary's warrant.

Cheryl Carpenter, 58, of Moses Lake, was arrested and booked for first-degree criminal trespassing.

Nov. 22

Brittany Strong, 21, of Moses Lake, was arrested and booked for second-degree trafficking stolen property, third-degree possession of stolen property and unlawful possession of a firearm.

Timothy Riggins, 28, of Othello, was arrested and booked for second-degree trafficking stolen property, third-degree possession of stolen property, unlawful possession of a firearm, possession of a dangerous weapon and a community custody violation.
