Nov. 16

Report of speeding vehicles in the 500 block of East Sharon Avenue. Police could not find any vehicles in the area.

Report of a vehicle window broken out in the 900 block of West Valley Road. A total of $150 worth of tools were stolen out of the vehicle.

A man reported an unknown subject is using his debit card to make over $6,000 in unauthorized purchases.

A woman reported a suspicious vehicle was parked outside of her residence in the 600 block of South Harborview Street. Police could not locate the vehicle.

A woman reported receiving a counterfeit $20 bill from Safeway on Nov. 11. The woman returned the bill to Safeway and the business notified police.

Report of homeless subjects loitering around Safeway and making customers feel uncomfortable.

Report of two males getting out of a vehicle and fighting in the area of West Fern Drive and South Gibby Road. Police could not locate the subjects.

A woman was arrested for DUI on South Division Street.

Safeway reported a male ran out of their store without paying for two bottles of alcohol.

Police assisted the Grant County Sheriff's Office for multiple reports of shots fired on Doolittle Drive. A large number of shell casings were located in the road in the area.

A woman reported being harassed by phone.

A man reported a male trespassing on his property.

A woman reported that a man who has been watching and stalking her came to her house.

A woman reported that her son broke doors and windows, was aggressive with his siblings and punctured her neighbor’s tires with a knife.

A man reported that his son stole the keys to a rental house and was going to burglarize it.

A woman reported receiving a fraudulent phone call.

A man reported that his residence had been broken into and his TV stolen.

Nov. 17

A woman reported that her boyfriend broke through her door in the wee hours of the morning. The woman reportedly punched him in the face and he left on foot.

Ronald Rayoum, 46, of Ephrata, was arrested and booked on two counts of fourth-degree assault.

Jacqueline Adams, 28, of Chelan, was arrested and booked on an outstanding Grant County District Court warrant for third-degree driving with a suspended or revoked license.

Creighton Leonard, 30, of Moses Lake, was arrested and booked on two outstanding GCDC warrants for third-degree driving with a suspended or revoked license.

Nadine Kile, 30, of Moses Lake, was arrested and booked for third-degree theft and third-degree driving with a suspended or revoked license.

Ryan Bates, 27, of Moses Lake, was booked on a Department of Corrections secretary's warrant for probation violation.

Aaron Villarreal, 29, of Othello, was booked on a DOC order for arrest and detention.

James Barnett, 54, was booked on an outstanding GCDC warrant for DUI.

Raymond Salinas, 21, of Ephrata, was booked on an outstanding GCDC warrant for third-degree driving with a suspended or revoked license.

Natasha Scott, 44, was arrested on an outstanding GCDC bench warrant for DUI.

Amanda McKinstry, 26, of East Wenatchee, was booked on an outstanding GCDC warrant for third-degree theft.

Martin Mansfield, 51, of Spokane, was booked on an outstanding GCDC warrant for DUI and third-degree driving with a suspended or revoked license.

Devon Ford, 20, of Moses Lake, was booked for second-degree malicious mischief and third-degree assault.

Noe Alvarez, of Moses Lake, was arrested and booked for residential burglary and fourth-degree assault.
