Nov. 15

Report of an unknown subject forcing entry into a business in the 11900 block of Road 4 Northeast and stealing tools and a truck. The truck was later located, along with the tools.

Report of three subjects yelling at customers at Safeway. Police advised the subjects to leave the area.

A man was permanently trespassed from a business in the 100 block of West Fourth Avenue after arguing with employees.

Report of a sexual assault that occurred in the city on Nov. 5.

A student at Chief Moses Middle School was found to be in possession of marijuana and a pipe. Charges are set to be filed against the student.

Report of gang-related graffiti spray painted onto a fence in the 700 block of South Wanapum Drive.

Police responded to the South Fir Street/West Third Avenue intersection for a two-vehicle collision.

A woman reported a male trespassing in her field.

A woman reported that her daughter was upset and throwing things out of her vehicle.

A man reported his vehicle stolen.

A woman reported that she loaned her debit card to a friend to get her something from the store and her friend emptied her account.

A man reported firearms stolen.

License plates were reported stolen.

A man reported that a female was harassing him.

Jessica Steele, 29, of Moses Lake, was arrested and booked on 23 counts of mail theft.

Brittany Strong, 21, of Moses Lake, was arrested and booked on 23 counts of mail theft.

Eric Castro, 32, of Ephrata, was arrested and booked for obstruction of a law enforcement officer and resisting arrest.

Jose Nunez, 22, of Ephrata, was booked on an outstanding Grant County District Court warrant for third-degree driving with a suspended or revoked license.

Darren Trumble, 37, of Ephrata, was booked on an outstanding GCDC warrant for third-degree driving with a suspended or revoked license and driving without an ignition interlock system.

Gerald Dodson, 61, of Grand Coulee, was arrested and booked on a Department of Corrections order of arrest and detention for violations of probation.

Joseph Cunningham, 44, of Moses Lake, was booked on a DOC secretary's warrant.

Kelsey Rogers, 18, of Ephrata, was arrested and booked on an outstanding GCDC warrant for fourth-degree assault.

Tomas Quintanilla, of Moses Lake, was arrested and booked for first-degree assault and felony harassment.

Nov. 16

Adalberto Tizando, 47, of Quincy, was arrested and booked for fourth-degree assault.

Ruth Nicholson, 44, of Nespelem, was arrested and booked on an outstanding GCDC warrant for DUI and first-degree driving with a suspended or revoked license.
